With every site, we first conduct an audit and complete our onboarding process, which takes about 2 weeks. Once this has been done, we are able to begin the real work on whichever area(s) you choose.

We begin by completing a thorough audit of your website to determine any deficiencies that need to be addressed before we begin working on one of the main 3 areas. We will take time to correct any issues, and make upgrades on the back end of the site that will ensure future optimization work is successful.
Before we can begin raising your search results rankings, we need to have a good understanding of what your potential clients are searching for when they are in need of your products or services. Our keyword research finds the words and phrases that we need to focus on in order to actually get paying customers, and not just high traffic from irrelevant searches.
As a final step in our onboarding process, we will recommend which of the 3 main SEO areas your site would most benefit from focusing on. You can choose to focus on one at a time, or you can double or triple up for reduced rates!
If your budget constrains you to just focus on one area at a time, don’t worry – you will still see some gains. And, after 3 months focusing one one area, you can always switch to another.
Our initial audit will generally uncover some technical issues that could be causing you to rank lower in search engine results. If you choose to focus on the on-page optimization, we will begin working to correct these issues. We will also optimize the existing content on your site, by doing things like looking for ways to include more keywords, including internal links to related pages, and ensure your website hierarchy is optimal.
If you choose to focus on the Content area, our copywriters will write high-quality, unique content for your site every month. We will start by generating a list of topic ideas based on the keyword research done during onboarding. We will work with you to determine the best topics to cover for your audience, as well as optimum article lengths. Each month your content will consist either of 1 long article, 2 medium-length articles, or 4 short articles, totaling around 2,500 words.
External Link Building
The third area you could choose to focus on is to get external links from related sites. If you choose to focus on this area, we will start by analyzing the existing links to your site to determine if any of them are detrimental. If we find any that are, we will work to disavow those links.
We will then determine if there are any broken incoming links that could be corrected, reach out to related industry websites to ask for links, and look for guest posting opportunities that could result in high-quality external links back to your website.

Do you guarantee that my site will be ranked #1 by Google?
In a word, no. Be wary of any business that guarantees that you will be ranked in first position. These businesses will often either look for a search term that is easy to rank for but brings the wrong type of people to your site, or they may employ black-hat SEO techniques to get you there which can result in being penalized or banned by Google.
While our services will result in improvements, there are a lot of factors that go into individual rankings, including competition in your niche and local market.
How long does it take to see results?
SEO is a long term strategy. Typically, you can expect to see results in about 4 months. However, this depends on the starting state of your site. If we find technical issues with your site that can be fixed quickly, this can often result in immediate gains.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No, you can cancel services at any time with a 15 day notice. We don’t require any kind of long-term contract. However, be aware that it takes time to get results from these services, so we recommend you stick with it for at least 4 months before making a decision to cancel.
Can I change focus areas at any time?
After focusing on one area for 3 months, you are free to switch to a different SEO focus area. We do ask that you give it 3 months for switching, so that we are able to make some substantial gains in that area. Switching focus before the 3 month mark will impede your results.
